By using Hooky ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hooky provides AI-powered phone call services including workplace absence notifications and entertainment prank calls. All calls are placed on behalf of the user who purchases the service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use this service. Hooky prank calls are for entertainment purposes only. You must have consent or a reasonable expectation that prank calls are welcome in your relationship with the target. Do not use this service to harass, intimidate, or harm others.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a call fails to connect due to a technical error on our end.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Hooky to impersonate emergency services, government agencies, or financial institutions with intent to defraud. You may not use the service to harass individuals.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hooky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
