A few things can cause this: the number was busy, it went to voicemail, or there was a brief network delay. Reply to your order confirmation email and we'll make it right — either a retry or a full refund.
My boss didn't answer. Can you try again?
Yes! Email us with your order details and we'll schedule a retry at no extra charge. We want the call to land.
The AI said the wrong thing / messed up the call.
That's on us. Email us with what happened and we'll refund you immediately. No questions asked.
I need to cancel or change my order.
If your call hasn't gone out yet, email us right away and we'll cancel it. Once the call is placed we can't undo it, but we'll work with you.
Is this legal?
Yes. Using a third-party service to make a call on your behalf is completely legal. You're not lying — you're delegating. We make no guarantees about your employer's reaction, but that's between you and them.
Will my employer know it was AI?
No. Our calls are indistinguishable from a real person. We've had bosses say 'feel better soon' and 'no worries, see you tomorrow.' The AI handles pushback, questions, and even managers who want to chat.
What's your refund policy?
If the call didn't connect, said the wrong thing, or you're unhappy for any reason — email us and we'll refund you. Simple as that.
